    BMW E60 530i - Radna temperatura

    Pozdravljam,

    od nedavno imam E60 530i sa 231ks. Auto nema kazaljku koja pokazuje temp. vode ali , srecom, ima tajni meni u koji udjem i vidim da pomenuta temp varira od 88 stepeni kad je motor zagrijan do 104. To 104 se desi kad je guzva pa se ide ono, stani, kreni od semafora do semafora. Na 104 ventilator hladnjaka se tek pali ali ne okrece brzo. Zapravo ubrza ponekad a u vecini slucajeva kad provjeravam ne radi nikako.

    Pitam strucnjake jeli to normalna ovih 104 stepena jer evo sad je zima pa se dize na 104. Sta ce onda tek da bude na ljeto.

    Kad merenje nije dato na standardan instrument, ne može ništa se sa sigurnošću tvrditi od tvog podatka. Dijagnostika bude pravilnije čitanje, a uglavnom se može proveriti i da li radi ventilator u obe brzine,ako ih ima. Na normalnom instrumentu, da postoji, tolike oscilacije temperature bi ukazivale na problem (pumpa, termostat, zapušenost sistema...).
    "Bio bih zahvalan ako neko moze da mi pomogne da resim problem da me ne zavlace "majstori" i da bespotrebno dajem pare na silne preglede"

      Za taj motor i sistem hlađenja, to je normalno! Sve do 110 C.

      Objašnjenje:

      Function of the characteristic map thermostat
      The characteristic map thermostat is designed such that it opens (engine inlet) at a coolant temperature at the thermostat of 103 o
      C without intervention of the integrated heating system. Due to the coolant heating up in the engine, a temperature of approx. 110
      o C is measured at the point the coolant flows out of the engine (installation location of coolant temperature sensor for DME and
      instrument cluster gauge). This is the operating temperature of the engine, at which the characteristic map thermostat begins to
      open without control intervention.
      In the event of control intervention by the DME control unit, power (12 V) is applied to the heating element integrated in the
      thermostat. Heating the expansion element means that the thermostat now opens at lower coolant temperatures than would be the
      case without the additional heating function (thermostat control range: approx. 80 o C - 103 o C).

      Coolant temperature gauge
      The indicator characteristics of the coolant temperature gauge in the instrument cluster have been adapted to the higher
      temperature level of the engine due to the use of the characteristic map thermostat.
      The pointer of the coolant temperature gauge in the instrument cluster is located in the mid-position at coolant temperatures of
      75 o C - 113 o C

        Uvek pomislim da je ovo i razlog sto sklone kazaljku temp. sa table,da se ljudi ne poplase kad vide 100 stepeni u motoru.

          Hvala na odgovorima. Ocistio sam senzor na termostatu i cini mi se da se sad ventilator frekventnije pali a temp ne prelazi 100C.
          Kako god, na proljece slijedi zamjena termostata za svaki slucaj.
