Round squared windshield
Square blinkers
At the back, blinkers are between the small 'wings'

It has no plastic door:

Just a chain, when it's used top down:

To the second version (1970-1977)

This version has round turnsignals beside the headlamps, and at the back of the car.
The windshield has square corners and is made in alumnium.




It is available in a 2 seater version now too, has plastic doors, and even a optional complete plastic top.
Other small changes have been done.
This period was the most succesfull for the Méhari.
It sold 87 774 units.

To the third version( 1978-1987)
Most changes have been done at the front

and the dashboard

Last 9 years of production sold 42 505 Mehari.



Total production during 29 years gives 144 953 exemples,
