    SAAB 9-3SS V6 TuRbo

    Zaso otvaram topic ovde je:

    Motor V6 2,8L sa 70% od max obrtnog momenta na 1000 rpm
    90% se postize na 1500 rpm
    MAX od 2000-4500 rpm.

    Interesuje me sta mislite na koji nacin ?

    OK... u pitanju je novi TuRbo benzinski motor sa pocetkom prodaje u Septembru 2005.
    Neki su ga vec probali i kazu :

      S obzirom da se radi o V6 agregatu, verovatno su u pitanju 4 manja TURBA ili 2 manja i 2 VECA.

                Mislim da je to ono sto BMW trenutno primenjuje u 535d, znaci dve turbine koje sekvencijalno deluju, jedna manja na nizim obrtajima i jedna veca kasnje. Imao sam priliku da probam....turbo-rupa jednostavno ne postoji, a auto ide ko mecava Vuce sa svih obrtaja samo tako

                      2 dupla turbinska kanala vode sa 3 cilindra na jedan a sa druga 3 na drugi "puz"

                      Razlika izmedju Twin Entery TuRba je da su ovde ne samo 2 ulaza zbog pusle split kontrole vec i da kucista turbine te nepostoji nikakvo susaranje i kasenje pusleva.
                      Efektivitet TuRba je pdignut za 40%

                      U pitanju je agregat marke Mitsubishi TD04-15TK

                      Upravljachka jedinica je Bosch Motronic specijalno radjena od strane Boscha po nacrtima i prorachunu SAABa vezana za komunikaciju sa SAAB Direct Ignition.
                      Perfektno odmereno do te mere da npr povlacenje u 6 brzini od 80-120Km/h ide na 8,2 SEK

                        Nope, BOOST ostaje veran starom dobrom gusanom bloku najstabilnijem bloku u istoriji 4 cilindrasa.
                        Ali TuRbina se nasla na listi "HOCU"
                        TD04 serija je kompatibilna, dakle na ovaj postojeci ce doci jedan 19T ported kompresorski deo , jedan hibrid koji ce biti napajan sa 2 cilindra po redu.
                        Konstrukcija omogucava skracivanje cevi do turbine i samim tim dobijam mesto za ono sto nisam imao mesta da spakujem pod haubu

                              MHI Twin Scroll Turbocharger

                              Mitsubishi Heavy Industries has developed and now manufactures the Twin Scroll Turbocharger for automotive application. The developmental goal was to increase the torque at low engine speeds and to increase the response time by utilising engine exhaust pulsation, using a simple structure without any moving parts.

                              For the conventional constant pressure system, the exhaust manifold pressure is stable at a relatively low value. There are major flow losses due to the big difference in pressure between the cylinder and the exhaust manifold. These losses are admissible because of the simple construction and the fact that all the cylinders are connected to the same manifold.

                              When using a MHI Twin Scroll Turbocharger System, the exhaust manifold pressure is at a low value for most of the time, which is very advantageous for the scavenging process. Because the exhaust manifold has a very small volume, the pressure in the exhaust manifold will rise quickly as the exhaust valve opens.

                              The pressure in the cylinder and the manifold then both drop during the blow down, while their difference remains small. The blow down losses are far less with the Twin Scroll Pulse System and the cylinder pressure is utilised as much as possible to drive the turbine.

                              Where it concerns using the pulse energy, it is not possible to connect all of the cylinders to the same exhaust duct. During the scavenge period immediately following the blow down, no pulse of another cylinder can be allowed. This would cause a back flow of exhaust gases into the cylinder and even into the inlet manifold where the pressure is lower than the exhaust pulse peak pressure.

                              As it is only possible to connect cylinders that are more than 720/3=240 degrees apart to one exhaust duct, three cylinders at one duct is the maximum. Concerning the automotive industry, a MHI Twin Scroll Turbocharger can significantly improve the performance of 4 and 6 cylinder engines.

                              Different models of the MHI Twin Scroll Turbochargers are momentarily in production and fully fulfil the customer demands. The MHI Twin Scroll Turbocharger Line-up covers the whole power range of modern automotive engines for both gasoline as well as diesel applications.

                              Twin Scroll is a very effective low-cost solution for higher torque at low engine speeds.
                              Twin Scroll, together with other developments such as Variable Geometry, integrated bypass valve, high efficient compressor, turbine wheels and new materials, underline the high level of technology of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
