      Zavrsne radnje BSR

      Kada uzmete neki od Stage-ova postajete clan sa rednim brojem koji Vam je dodelio BSR (verovatno broj prodatog primerka, moj je 17606)

      Zatim download-ujes program za sinhronizaciju PPC sa BSR-om:


      Uradis Install i potom sinhronizujes PPC:






      Kad je sinhronizacija zavrsena svi potrebni podatci su razmenjeni:






      BSR je predvideo mogucnost i vracanja uredjaja posle par godina a isto tako i na nadogradnju od nekih Stage-ova na gore, prostim upgrade-om preko neta (podrazumeva da si prethodno nabavio down pipe 3"). Kada se uradila sinhronizacija program je vezan za VIN vozila i samo na njemu se moze koristiti.

        Kao sto naslov kaze, ovo su promene nakon tunninga:

        Description of Trionic T7
        T7 was creates by Saab and is very different from other systems (such as Bosch). The system controls air mass, fuel and ignition. T7 uses an air mass meter, MAP sensor and electronic throttle.
        When the driver accelerates the system requests a torque and the throttle engine adjusts the throttle to obtain the desired torque. When necessary the amount of boost air is increased.
        The fuel injection is sequential and is controlled by the air mass flow. The ignition uses an ignition cassette. The spark plugs are used as sensors to detect combustion and knocking.

        BSR adjusts approx. 60 Trionic 7 system functions.

        Ignition Calibration
        (Ignition Calibration) Optimised for best performance and to comply with exhaust emission requirements. Even with regards to exhaust emissions temperature. Possible knocking tendencies are eliminated.
        Fuel Calibration

        Boost Calibration
        (Boost Calibration) Adapted to increased power and best driving performance.
        Fuel Cut Air Inlet Limit
        (Fuel Cut Air Inlet Limit) Adapted for higher power.
        Torque Gear Limit
        (Torque Gear Limit) Maximum torque is limited in first and second gear and in reverse.
        Maximum torque can be obtained in third, fourth and fifth gear.
        Max Vehicle Speed Calibration
        (Max Vehicle Speed Calibration) Limited at 280km/h.
        Max Engine Speed Calibration
        (Max Engine Speed Calibration) Reduced to 5500v/m at temperatures below 60°C.
        Increased to 6400v/m at temperatures over 80°C.
        Request Pedal Calibration Map
        (Request Pedal Calibration Map) Adapted for improved driving performance and quicker fuel response.
        Torque Cal Nominal Map(Tech II)
        (Torque Cal Nominal Map) Firing torque calibration adapted to show correct values and facilitate diagnosis.
