Momci pomagajte sta uraditi na burazerovom 307 ne radi EGR ventil danas je terao auto na dijagnostiku(verano) i to je utvrdjeno cena oko 28000din + ako je neki senzor oko 5000din + neki grejac 3000din.Auto ima max brzinu ali ne ubrzava kao nekada a i ponekada(retko) nece preko 3000obr/min!Da li ima neko drugo resenje i koje?

riknuti turbo kompresor

Gledam nesto po netu, i misljenja su poprilicno podeljena oko toga da li EGR zaglavljen u zatvorenom polozaju moze da dovede do riknjavanja turba kod dizela...
Evo dve suprotne tvrdnje, koja je tacna?
Prva:
When an engine is under load, the very high combustion chamber temperatures produced will increase the amount of NOx. The problem was how to reduce it. The answer - the good ol' EGR valve. This was designed to allow carbon dioxide to be introduced into the combustion chambers as a "coolant" gas. Now like all things produced by man, this valve too had its problems. The EGR valve was designed to open and close at appropriate moments but it could get sticky or even stuck! If it was stuck open, you'd find the engine would have a rough idle or stall. If closed the combustion chamber temperatures would rise under load and you would get "knocking".
Now along comes the turbo. Turbos mean boost and this is created by exhaust gases. Turbos will seize if the exhaust gas temperatures get very high for longish periods as the lubrication will fail due to the increased heat. So if the EGR valve is stuck closed, you've got expensive problems in the pipeline!
I druga:
You have recently blamed exhaust-gas recirculation valves for turbo failures. This is incorrect. Although it is true that EGR is used to lower temperatures in the combustion chamber, this is only to limit the level of NOx emissions and has nothing to do with engine reliability. What's more, EGR is used in the lower load range. The valve is always completely closed at higher loads, so EGR has no effect on maximum exhaust-gas temperatures, which are obtained at high loads. An EGR valve sticking in the closed position has no effect on turbocharger reliability. On the other hand, if the valve is stuck open, it might have an impact on the turbocharger, but by no means does this imply that when changing a turbocharger the EGR valve should always be changed as well.

E auto je u takvom stanju jos od septembra 2005 god posto je 6 meseci pre toga burazer imao udes sa njim i tako ga je vozio do sada(presao 70000km) pa je dao mladjem burazeru da vozi a on bi to da sredi koliko je moguce novcano.Danas je isao kod nekog majstora da mu nesto radi i treba da ide sutra na reset kompa pa da vozi malo tako pa da otera ponovo da jos nesto uradi,i onda bi trebalo da je to to a u suprotnom auto ce da se proda tom majstoru u delove za nekih 11000-12000E smesno ali je sam rekao cifru!

Moze li neko da mi objasni cemu tacno sluzi? Na kom principu radi? Gde se nalazi? Kako se cisti tj nacin ciscenja? Googlao sam ali nista pametno nisam nasao...
