        "BOST" da li možeš da mi kažeš izvor ove vesti tj. ovog obaveštenja ? Videću sa urednikom da za majski broj časopisa, gde sam saradnik-novinar, se objavi ova vest, ali je potrebno da se zna izvor, bez toga ne bi moglo ! Hvala.

        Možda će na kraju i sam EIB da popusti kad SAB bude pred zatvaranjem kapija i štrajkovima radnika. A možda je u pitanju, između redova, dogovor Antonova-GM-a i EIB-a, pa ko koga, a SAB na žalost, polako tone ! Šteta.

                  Saab seeks to allay financial health fears
                  Swedish carmaker Saab and its Dutch owner Spyker took steps on Monday to reassure investors that the future is based on solid financial ground.
                  Spyker head and Saab stand-in CEO Victor Muller described the current problems as "a small glitch."

                  "Saab is not on the verge of collapse," Muller told reporters at a presentation of new Saab models in the Stockholm suburb of Nacka, calling media reports about Saab's financial problems "disproportionate."

                  Saab -- which Spyker rescued at the last minute in January 2010 by buying it from US auto giant General Motors -- was forced to stop production three times last week as some suppliers halted deliveries over unpaid bills.

                  The production stops were only "a small glitch" said Muller, quoted by Dow Jones Newswires.

                  He also said he regretted setting out sales targets for Saab after purchasing the iconic brand for $400 million, saying it was now getting "hammered" by the press for not meeting its objectives.

                  Saab chief executive Jan-Åke Jonsson, who unexpectedly announced last
                  month he would be stepping down in May, meanwhile stressed he saw "the
                  situation improving shortly."

                  Russian businessman Vladimir Antonov -- a former Spyker shareholder who GM has prevented from taking a stake in Saab -- put in a request to Sweden's National Debt Office last week to invest in the carmaker.

                  The authority, which has a say in ownership changes because it guaranteed a European Investment Bank (EIB) loan to Saab, said it would give its answer in a few weeks.

                  Antonov has said he was ready to invest €50 million ($70 million) in Saab and wants to take a 30 percent stake in the company.

                  It also emerged on Monday that Victor Muller had increased his income from Spyker from 2.1 million kronor in 2009 to 5.4 million kronor in 2010 following the purchase of Saab, according to report in the Swedish business daily Dagens Industri.

                  Furthermore Muller received a bonus of around 4.5 million kronor and 120,000 shares, worth an additional 4.5 million kronor.

                  Over the same period that Muller's remuneration more than doubled, Saab recorded losses of around 1.95 billion kronor.

                    Russian financier Vladimir Antonov has received approval from former Saab Automobile owner General Motors (GM) to become a part owner of troubled Swedish automaker.

                    Sweden's National Debt Office (Riksgälden) has also announced that it has no objections to Antonov acquiring an ownership stake in Saab.

                    "We haven't found any reason to deny Antonov going in as a part owner in Spyker," said Debt Office head Bo Lundgren.

                    Part of the reason the Debt Office's review of Antonov took so long was the agency's desire to examine the many rumours about his background.

                    "There have been a lot of rumours floating around which have led us to do this type of investigation. But we haven't found anything to indicate that he's inappropriate as an owner," said Lundgren.

                    "When you talk to him, it's clear he has a genuine interest in Saab."

                    On March 29th, Saab and its current owner Spyker Cars asked the Debt Office for permission to allow Antonov to invest a maximum of €30 million ($45 million), equating to a maximum of 29.9 percent of the votes in Spyker.

                    The Debt Office has now handed the matter back to the Swedish government, which must now make its own decision in the matter.

                    While GM issued a statement on Thursday giving its preliminary approval to Antonov as a part-owner of Saab, the US automaker included a number of conditions Saab must fulfill.

                    According to GM, it remains in active discussions with the European Investment Bank (EIB) and has reached a preliminary agreement with Saab that would give Antonov a stake in the company.

                    But the agreement will require "certain specific measures" from Saab's side which have yet to be carried out.

                    In addition, certain "formal approvals, acknowledgements, and permissions" which Saab has not yet received, GM spokesperson told the TT news agency in a statement.

                    GM's approval of Antonov is expected to pave the way for the EIB to allow Saab to sell its factories to the Russian mogul for 270 million kronor ($44.6 million) and then rent the facilities back to the auto company.

                    The Debt Office and the Swedish government have already approved the deal, which is expected to help Saab overcome lingering financial problems.

                          EIB se ne javlja za odobrenje Antonova, sad ide prica da su njegovi fondovi i kod kineza ...

                            Holandska kompanija "Spajker", vlasnik švedskog "Saaba", saopštila je da je potpisan načelan sporazum sa kineskom firmom "Pang Da automobili" o proizvodnji i distribuciji automobila "saab" u Kini, i to samo jednu sedmicu pošto je propao sporazum sa drugom kineskom kompanijom.

                            "Spajker" je objavio da će "Pang Da" uložiti 65 miliona evra u kupovinu 24 odsto akcija te kompanije i da će dve firme osnovati zajedničko preduzeće za vozila "saab" brenda u Kini, po principu pola-pola.
                            "Pang Da" će prebaciti 30 miliona evra za kupovinu "Saaba" i još 15 miliona za nabavku vozila u narednih 30 dana od početne kupovine.
                            "Spajker" je opisao firmu "Pang Da" kao najvećeg kineskog privatnog distributera automobila, s više od 1.100 prodajnih mesta.
                            Holandski "Spajker automobili" objavili su prošle sedmice da je raskinut dogovor sa kineskom grupom "Havtai motori" o obezbeđivanju novca za njenu posrnulu filijalu "Saab automobili", čime je još jednom dovedena u pitanje sudbina švedske kompanije.
                            "Spajker" je povodom prekida saradanje sa firmom "Havtai" naveo da su dve strane prinuđene da raskinu sporazum, pošto "Havtai" nije u stanju da ispuni sve neophodne uslove iz sporazuma, prenele su agencije.
                            Švedski automobili marke "saab" decenijama su poznati u svetu po svojoj bezbednosti.

                              Nikako mi nije jasno zašto SAAB ima toliko problema? To je kompanija koja decenijama pravi veoma dobra kola, izuzetno su poznati po svojoj pouzdanosti i kvalitetu itd. Rezultat: gomila preuzimanja, propadanja, ponovnih preuzimanja i globalnog nepoverenja u firmu?!? Takođe, brend koji extremno gubi cenu od starta prodaje. Mislim da se nalazi na predzadnjem mestu liste. Nikako mi ne ide u glavu zašto je "poredak stvari" takav kakav je....
                              od kad sam se vratio u domovinu shvatio sam da je nostalgija mnogo bolje rešenje.....
